Choosing a dentist is personal. Dr. Ali Sadri believes you should feel heard, understand your options, and feel comfortable asking questions before deciding on treatment.
A 1997 graduate of the University of California, San Francisco School of Dentistry, Dr. Sadri brings nearly 30 years of experience to general, cosmetic, and implant dentistry. After relocating from Northern California to Orange County in 2005, he made Foothill Smiles a place where attentive care and lasting patient relationships come first.
A smile designed with you
Dr. Sadri has a particular interest in cosmetic and restorative dentistry, including porcelain veneers, crowns, and implant restorations. He takes time to understand what you like about your smile, what you would change, and how treatment can support both appearance and function.
His approach combines detailed planning, dental photography, digital scanning, and collaboration with an experienced dental laboratory. Patients are involved throughout the process, with clear explanations of the options, alternatives, and steps ahead.
Technology with a purpose
At Foothill Smiles, digital imaging and cone beam CT support evaluation and implant planning when appropriate. BIOLASE laser technology offers additional treatment options for selected procedures. Dr. Sadri recommends these tools based on each patient’s needs and explains how they fit into the treatment plan.

Whether you come in for routine care or a more involved smile restoration, Dr. Sadri’s goal is the same: thoughtful dentistry, honest communication, and care tailored to you. He values the relationships built with patients and families over many years in the Foothill Ranch community.
Outside his clinical work, Dr. Sadri enjoys developing ideas that support oral health. He created OraBoost, a line of oral health products, reflecting his interest in innovation and patient care.

Meet Dr. Bahram Kianpour, DDS
Dr. Bahram Kianpour earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry at the University of Southern California (USC) in 2021. He is dedicated to providing exceptional surgical and restorative care in a comfortable, compassionate, and patient-centered environment.
Known for his gentle chairside manner and attention to detail, Dr. Kianpour emphasizes clear communication, patient education, and evidence-based treatment planning. He provides comprehensive care, including dental implants, bone grafting, IV sedation, and full-mouth rehabilitation, with a focus on predictable, long-lasting outcomes.
